  1. Yogurt. I guess it’s usually a breakfast food though you can eat it at any time of day. I don’t think it is very expensive. Yogurt is good for the digestion.
  2. No, I don’t. I don’t like the texture.
  3. Lifting weights. I think most people lift weights at the gym. You lift the heaviest weights you can over and over to develop your muscles. I think this looks difficult!
  4. I don’t really exercise because I’m lazy. I walk to school every day and that’s about it. I should probably do more exercise but I prefer relaxing at home.
  5. I think I have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I don’t exercise but I don’t really eat bad foods, I drink plenty of water and I get about seven hours of sleep each night.
  6. I suppose I could exercise more. I like riding my bike. If I rode my bike for a few hours on the weekend, I’d have a healthier lifestyle.
